The material power acts. The spiritual power rests. It is the law inherent in them. If one brought the acting and the resting together, then the result would be striding in power. If one brought together separation and oneness, if one brought together limitation and eternity, nothing could remain of this materialistic society, for all that constitutes it is separation alone.
Only the „bringing together“, the „uniting“, is from its active nature again a way of acting, stands thus again in the area of the material power. But the mind – as the one who acts – is not able to unite with the soul power, because this power, which exists in the rest, cannot be reached by acting, by „activity“.
The acting mind cannot assimilate the soul power. There is only one way. A passive way. The mind can only act less in this world, let the silence have its space, let the soul force work in its silence, allow trust, let humility apply, appreciate love and thus let the balance arise by itself.
What would await us if separation, the illusion of fear, could dissolve like this? If the mind had not invented the smartphones after the television sets, which – always and everywhere ready – still rob people of the last possible millisecond of quiet contemplation and remove them – always and everywhere – from the spiritual power and lead them to the power of separation.
