The striving of the mind is always based on a goal. Therefore, this striving is linear and doomed to death when the goal is reached. There is no healthy renewal in the striving of the mind, the ego. Its goals serve the enrichment of the short-sighted ego and thus no cycle. We can see it in the money. It is accumulated by a few. This is the goal of the ego, which wants to take and give nothing back. Thus nothing can circulate and nothing can renew itself. So only fighting can be done until there is nothing left to fight for.
