Again and again, people have predicted the end of the world. The apocalypse. It never happened. Apocalypse… A big word. The one, who leads it in the mouth, should already know, what he says there. One thinks. A large word, for which already a set of humans was laughed at and derided, because then nothing was except hot air. I am not always sure about it. Is the end of the world, the downfall of the earthly, the apocalypse perhaps in full swing and is it perhaps only the material force, the mind, the ego, which tries with increasing energy expenditure to defend itself against its own destruction? Is the world, as material and soul-distant as it now shows itself to us, not already at the end? Is it perhaps already dead and next comes the resurrection? Is the end of the world perhaps to be understood in this way or something similar?
An apocalypse is a change of consciousness. The consciousness of the earth, of a group, of a relationship, of a time, of a subject, of a human being, of an organ, of a cell, of an elementary particle changes, moves radically on the scale from matter to soul. The earthly goes. The „world“ goes down. The earthly cries out in fear in the face of its apparent annihilation. A new world arises. And everything begins again. Therefore: Who feels an apocalypse coming, he looks exactly in which consciousness this takes place.
