Why do people like to be discontented?
Discord is like a bowl in which he can rest. It is like a wall against which he can lean. It is like solid ground on which he can sit. Without worrying about falling further and further.
Displeasure is position. Is the position that always goes, even if the person can’t take one otherwise. Position is a personal fortress. In a fortress everything is limited and clear.
The lost person is secure in his misfortune. That is why he loves to indulge in it.
