The will arises in the consciousness. Its form depends on the proportion in which soul and material perception have their share in the consciousness. If the mental perception predominates, then it is soft and light and flexible and gentle. If the material perception predominates, then it is hard like steel. It is then a rigid iron square bar, which breaks one’s skull if one collides with it or if it drives down on one. A steel scalpel that mercilessly cuts through things, situations, actions and people with infinite sharpness.
The will in the center is firm like a tree and yet gentle like the wind. It is infinitely great and embraces everything and everyone in its knowledge and love.
