Money is the means by which the mind wants to become godlike. It is the divine power of transformation, of creation without dependence on a foreign God.
Whoever possesses enough of this substance is able to accomplish divine things himself. To make the paradise arise again. To escape the gloom of one’s own limitations. To create. To create. Independent, individual and – powerful. He is able to punish and to destroy. Godlike.
Money is the substitute for the lost unity. It is the expression of the utmost separation from the unity of creation. It is the last whispering: „If you have money…. what….else do you need… God!?!“
– – Only again when we are at the end. At the point where no money in the world can help us to realize our desire for further earthly existence with the usual fullness of power. Only then, when the last limitedness is brought before us again by the death, we recognize in the retrospect, how we have deceived ourselves.
Nothing was godlike. Who only affirms life and tries to comprehend it, but does not affirm death and comprehend it, can be many things, but not godlike. As much as we think we have created in our lives: It was only a childish play with sand. And only God knows how many people we have made suffer for this game in our lives. No amount of money alone can bring back paradise to us.
