„The eyes are the windows to the soul,“ says an old proverb. The eyes provide information about the degree to which the mind dominates the person. Do the eyes stare or are they still and empty? Does the scalpel sharp, restless and hard look of the mind govern or does the look want nothing, focus nothing, cut and separate nothing; does it unite everything that shows itself to it?
Pain must never be allowed to guide us. Our actions grow out of the fearless knowledge of our security in the meaning, of our soulfulness and of the eternal unity of everything. We always act in love for everything and everyone. There is no inner separation. Pain alone must never guide us.
