My spiritual path was like an egg without a shell for 10 years. I had to avoid everything that could have penetrated it, damaged it or even destroyed it.
Now a transformation occurs. The protective shell has formed. It feels different. Not so clear anymore. But the shell allows me to go out into the world again.
The outside that protects the inside. That’s the only way it can work.
Pain must never be allowed to guide us. Our actions grow out of the fearless knowledge of our security in the meaning, of our soulfulness and of the eternal unity of everything. We always act in love for everything and everyone. There is no inner separation. Pain alone must never guide us.
