The thoughts of the One

The One began to think and thus created the duality of matter and soul. It became universal consciousness. It asks, if I am the father of my thoughts, is there a father of me? Is there a mother of my thoughts? Is there my mother? What is my origin? What is my end? Am I alone? And so it thought of origin and end and created the concept of birth and death, because with every thought there was a beginning in which it left consciousness and an end in which it returned to oneness. To be conscious means to be transient. It thought of duality, of father and mother, of thought and manifestation, of the creation of being and created the concept of man and woman. It thought of its oneness and explored uniting and separating.

But it has no origin. It has no end and it is not separate, because it is the One. Its thoughts are transient and can be enumerated one by one. But it is only the thoughts. The thinker is always One. And the One, the origin of the thinking universal consciousness, is eternal in addition. We as his thoughts are born from him – from us – and in the end we return to the Oneness.

The one rested. Then it began to vibrate and the One became the Two. The Two together is consciousness. The Two manifested as matter. Thus the thoughts of the One came into being.

Pain must never be allowed to guide us. Our actions grow out of the fearless knowledge of our security in the meaning, of our soulfulness and of the eternal unity of everything. We always act in love for everything and everyone. There is no inner separation. Pain alone must never guide us.
