The masculine protects the inner feminine on the outside.
That is the principle of the systems. But what is the system in each case? The man who is „married“ to his work is in the system of „he and work“. His feminine devotion goes to the active side of the work. The work gives him protection. His activity serves to maintain the passive „feminine“ part of the work, the work itself, so to speak. The partner at home does not belong to this system. He is outside! His supporting femininity is therefore exploited and his demanding masculinity (desire for more time at home, criticism of the personal attitude of the partner concerning the work etc.) is fought against in order to maintain the system „man and work“. The importance of the work destroys so the natural systems between the people and produces an artificial connection relationship which imposes artificial, not fruitful behavior, ways of life, within and also outside(!) of these connections to the man.
