The emptiness that the mind fears so much and the emptiness that the soul seeks so much are the same dark abyss.
When the mind looks at this abyss, it is immensely afraid. And he looks at it in every second of his existence. It paints over this fear. In every second of its existence. If he can’t, then he falls into deep depression. A sense in the life is not to be recognized any more. There is only death.
If the soul looks at this abyss, then it is safe in the emptiness, in the silence, in the darkness. It rejoices, because all oneness shows itself to it there in all its greatness. The unity, the love, the peace of mind: She experiences everything in this infinite black depth. She also experiences no meaning, for she does not seek it. She does not need it, because her experiencing is beyond anything that could be called sense.
Our being and everything what is or what is not is this unfathomable, infinitely deep, infinitely wide and infinitely black abyss. The soul sees the shining light that is inherent in this darkness. It can carry this light into the consciousness and the consciousness can free itself so from the anxious fear of the mind around the senselessness of its existence.
